Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

We're happy to accept any unworn, unwashed, unused (you get the idea...) regular-priced items up to 30 days from the date of purchase. At this time, we will only accept a return in exchange for store credit.

To begin a return:

  1. Please email info@nomasteapparel.com
  2. In the subject line, please put: ATTN: Return [insert your order #]
  3. In the body, please specify the item you wish to return
  4. Upon review, we will work out the rest with you via email

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) before issuing store credit to your account.

Please note: All sticker, sales, promotional, and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Exchanges: 

Issue with sizing or just change your mind? No worries, we are happy exchange any unworn, unwashed, unused regular-priced items up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Exception: If we receive an exchange for an item currently out of stock, store credit may be issued in place of the replacement item.

To begin exchange:

  2. In the subject line, please put: ATTN: Exchange [insert your order #]
  3. In the body, please specify the item you wish to exchange
  4. Upon review, we will work out the rest with you via email

Once we receive your returned item(s) for exchange, we will inspect and ship your new item(s)!

Please note: All sticker, sales, promotional, and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Defective Items

If you do receive a defective item, please accept our sincerest apology and contact us immediately or within 72 hours of receiving your item, by emailing orders@nomasteapparel.com with the following information:

  1. Please email info@nomasteapparel.com
  2. In the subject line, please put: ATTN: Defect [insert your order #]
  3. In the body, please specify which item is defective, a detailed description, and attach photographic evidence

Please note: We cannot take action to issue refund, credit or exchange unless you provide proof of damage AND it has been verified by Nomaste. Please do not return the defective item until said verification has taken place.
